PUBLIC HEARING(S) Trendwest/PLA Port Lndlow Development Agreement Amendment and Shoreline Substantial Development Permit - Applicant: Trendwest/PLA. Case Number: MLA06-00221. Project Location: Parcel Number 968800102, also referred to as Tract E of the Ludlow Cove II Subdivision. This Tract is located within the boundaries of the Port Ludlow Master Planned Resort. Planner: Barbara Nightingale. Trendwest and PLA have submitted a joint consolidation application for: 1) an amendment to the existing Port Ludlow Development Agreement to allow timeshare use on Tract E and change the development standards for Tract E, currently zoned as Single-Family, which allows 4 single family dwellings per acre (MPR-SFR 1 :4) to allow 120-unit dwellings on the 14.66 acre parcel (Le., 8 dwelling units per acre). The application also includes a Shoreline Substantial Development Pennit for the construction of this facility along this marine shoreline of Ludlow Bay, currently designated as Suburban Shorelines under the Jefferson County Shoreline Management Master Program.
