The date has been changed due to a request by PLA. Inadvertently. the notice on the applicant's property was
not posted in strict compliance with the Land Use Procedures Ordinance. As parties of this application, they
have the right to request such a postponement. Due to the Hearing Examiner's schedule, the hearing is likely to
be in early November.
