Before scheduling the next hearing, I think you need to find out about the schedules of persons other than PLA,
who have standing. I have given you notice that I wish to appeal DCD's thresh hold decision to limit SEPA
compliance to an MDNS. As an appellant, I have a right to be heard at the hearing separate and apart from the
presentation of testimony on the SSDP and Proposed Amendment NO.1 matters. I want to be consulted and I
want equal deference with PLA in the setting of a hearing time.
