I have appealed the threshhold decision not to comply with SEPA. Mr. Casseaux hears that as an appeal. In that capacity, I am a necessary party to the proceeding and am entitled to the same courtesy as to scheduling accorded to PLA. I continue to object to Trend West's participation until it has title to the Ludlow Cove II. You may demonstrate its bona fides by providing me and all other addressees including Jefferson County with a copy of the purchase and sale agreement. Thank you for your consideration.
