Lewis,
Certainly not - that is incorrect and the file reflects otherwise. PLA was the first to alert the County that the posting
of the notice was late due to the notice inadvertently being misplaced somewhere in PLA's mail stream. This was
honest human error - we all make mistakes. There was nothing dishonest about this. Having realized that the
date for posting (per LUPO) had passed, alerted the County to the problem, posted the notice and sent the
notarized statement providing the truthful date of posting. However, as it did not provide 14 days notice and
therefore did not strictly follow LUPO procedures, PLA requested a postponement to allow proper notice under
LUPO.

Subject: Trendwest Posting
Barbara, the local underground (which mayor may not be accurate) has suggested that the property owner, in
this case PLA, is responsible for the posting of the notice and then confirms to the county in a notorized statement
that it has been posted. So am I to assume that PLA provided a notorized statement that is had been posted but
infact they did not post it??
Thanks,
Lewis
