PLA was the first to alert the County that the posting of the notice was late due to the notice inadvertently being misplaced somewhere in PLA's mail stream. This was honest human error - we all make mistakes. There was nothing dishonest about this. Having realized that the date for posting (per LUPO) had passed, alerted the County to the problem, posted the notice and sent the notarized statement providing the truthful date of posting. However, as it did not provide 14 days notice and therefore did not strictly follow LUPO procedures, PLA requested a postponement to allow proper notice under LUPO. Barbara Nightingale M.MA, MAS. So am I to assume that PLA provided a notorized statement that is had been posted but infact they did not post it?? Thanks, Lewis LOG ITEM # /S-? Page ( of / 10/11/2006
