I am writing on behalf of co-applicants Port Ludlow Associates LLC and Trendwest Resorts, Inc., to
request a continuance ofthe hearing presently scheduled for Friday, September 22, to the earliest available
date thereafter that will allow sufficient time to give public notice of the new date. I make this request
because a question has arisen whether the Port Ludlow community has been given adequate notice of the
September 22 hearing. Don Marcy, the attorney for Trendwest Resorts, has agreed to this continuance.
