Administrator to Execute an Annual Subscription for Virtual Meeting Platform; 2023
cost $6,838.28; ZOOM Video Communications, Inc.
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Jefferson County uses the ZOOM virtual meeting platform to conduct their virtual meetings. To
expedite the process, it is requested that the County Administrator be authorized to approve annual
subscriptions on behalf of the County with Zoom Video Communications, Inc.
FISCAL IMPACT:
In the amount of $6,838.28
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the delegation of signature authority to the County Administrator to execute annual
subscriptions with Zoom Video Communications, Inc.
