Here's an example: our researchers are evaluating a new immunotherapy for multiple myeloma called BCMA CAR T‑cell therapy. In a small trial with 18 patients — most of whom had failed five previous rounds of treatment or had high-risk genetics — almost 80% showed at least some response to BCMA CAR T‑cell therapy. Eight of those patients had no detectable diseases after treatment. Our clinicians are now working on dosage and the timing of treatments.
