In small communities like this, certain spaces can become focal points for gatherings, parties, and play. Berryman Park is one of those spaces. It is old, well-loved, and in need of some updates and improvements. Bridgeport community members united to advocate for this park they hold dearly. The WWRP will be there to help fund their requests and we are here to advocate for full funding <https://wildliferecreation.us9.list-manage.com/track/click?u=0f4ebc0827fada7e62b54ea21&id=bcd773a697&e=8c 3506b728> of the WWRP, so that communities like Bridgeport can stay the gems they are. Old parks hold a lot of memories for folks who grew up using them, and with lots of love comes wear and tear. Some structures in the park are over 50 years old and don't meet current safety or ADA standards.
