The following information is needed to continue review of your project. 1.EXISITNG STRUCTURES: According to the submitted revised site plan (received August 12th, 2022), there are existing beach stairs, a small shed, and a paved area located above the shoreline/beach areas. Please verify the year these structures were built and if the applicant received permits from the Jefferson County Department of Community Development ("DCD") for those structures. 2.PARKING: According to JCC 18.20.210(b), “At least one additional off-street parking space shall be provided for the transient use in addition to the parking required for the residence or guest house". The applicant has indicated in the submitted application (received June 22nd, 2022) that four parking spots are proposed. Please submit a site plan that shows and labels the proposed four parking spot locations. In addition, Jefferson County DCD would also like to confirm if the four parking spots are already existing or if the applicant is planning to add gravel, pavement, or any other hard surface to create the parking spots. Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development within 90 days of the date of this letter which would be 12/6/2022.
