Jefferson County has forwarded the attached application to you for review and comment because your
agency is responsible for determining compliance with state and federal requirements or may
otherwise be affected by the following proposal:
Transient Rental- Hospitality Establishment (Less than 30 Days) - SEP1983-00019
Location: Parcel 980100319; Section 21 - Township 25N - Range 2W; OLYMPIC CANAL ADDITION 1 BLK 3 LOT 21 TGTH WITH COMMUNITY TIDELAND TR FRTGING; 61 CANAL LN, BRINNON, WA 98320
EPH REVIEW REQUEST: Please review the Larson Short Term Transient Rental Permit Application (MLA2022-00052) for septic requirements (e.g. septic capacity, bedrooms per system, cooking/kitchen facility requirements).
Comments must be received within fourteen (14) calendar days or by September 21, 2022. If no
written response has been received within fourteen (14) days, your agency will be presumed to have
no comments. If necessary, the UDC administrator may grant an extension of time for comment.
