MINUTES
Special Meeting
November 29, 2006
Chairman Phil Johnson called the Special Meeting to order in the presence of Commissioner
Patrick M. Rodgers. Commissioner David Sullivan participated by speaker telephone.
The Board met in Executive Session at 1 :30 p.m. with the County Administrator, Deputy
Prosecuting Attorney, Outside Legal Counsel, and the Director of Community Development regarding actual
litigation. They came out of Executive Session at 2:34 p.m. No action was taken.
NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT: Commissioner Rodgers moved to adjourn the Special
Meeting at 2:35 p.m. Chairman Johnson seconded the motion which carried. The next meeting is scheduled
for Monday, December 4, 2006 at 8 a.m.
