The NAWB Executive Bootcamp, led by the California Workforce Association, will begin February 2023 and run through July 2023, with a total of four sessions. Each participant is expected
to attend two out of the four sessions in person as well as to develop and complete a capstone project, which will be presented to the NAWB Board of Directors at the course graduation.
Each participant will also have one in-person conversation with the NAWB Board of Directors and be expected to attend other topic related calls. The cost per person is $1,500.00.

Mindfulness, Yoga,
and Storytelling
Yoga, mindfulness, and experimental theater teacher Eli Walker will offer both an all-levels, accessible yoga class, and a members-only interactive session designed to help individuals
"rewrite their narratives" in a way which equips them to grow as leaders and change-makers and in their physical and mental wellbeing.

Apprenticeship Institute
The apprenticeship system is growing, with workforce boards as a potential major partner in that expansion. Workforce boards and the apprenticeship system share the same fundamental
goals: they connect workers to economic opportunity while meeting the skill needs of employers in high-demand industries.
The inaugural NAWB Apprenticeship Institute will kick off on Saturday, March 25th, with a general session on apprenticeship, followed by sessions addressing apprenticeships as part of
the Institute.

Apprenticeship Institute
The apprenticeship system is growing, with workforce boards as a potential major partner in that expansion. Workforce boards and the apprenticeship system share the same fundamental
goals: they connect workers to economic opportunity while meeting the skill needs of employers in high-demand industries.
The inaugural NAWB Apprenticeship Institute will kick off on Saturday, March 25th, with a general session on apprenticeship, followed by sessions addressing apprenticeships as part of
the Institute.
