We have some questions about the ARPA Funding announced in the Leader. I have been to the Jeff Co Website and read what is available there. Our questions include: Is there an actual
"RFP" document detailing the priorities for this funding, how selections will be made, what attachments are required, and what is required in an ultimate contract under the funding.
