We should respond. Rural communities are disadvantaged in the current system. Maybe cherish could answer given 2 unsuccessful attempts to get these tax credits for 7th Haven?

you've received an allocation in the past or have faced challenges acccessing this resource, your input will be critical to policy proposals as we review how well the current allocation
methodology reflects and integrates our core values.
