📣 Calling all advocates!! 📣
Join hundreds of housing advocates who have already registered for our virtual Housing and Homelessness Advocacy Days 2023! We’ve got a meeting, or two, or three with 48 of the 49 legislative
districts, with more meetings scheduled every hour. We need every housing advocate available to show up for housing justice this year! We’ve been overwhelmed with the sponsorship support
from lawmakers around rent stabilization, and we’re now strategizing to get key votes to pass these life saving bills! We’re rallying around funding for housing stability, homelessness
prevention, building affordable homes, and supporting the amazing workforce who have been working hard to help people get housed and stay in the safety of their homes.
We are also looking for more LD Leads!! Particularly in key districts. If you’re interested in becoming an LD Lead or learning more, please register today! We have an LD Prep meeting

HHAD 2023 Agenda:
Monday, February 6:
* HHAD opening with a prayer and drumming, as well as a special message from members of Chief Seattle Club
* Messages and chants from housing advocates and members of the Resident Action Project
* Hear from our Housing Champion Lawmakers
* Workshops with updates on our Legislative Agenda
* Meet and strategize with people from your legislative district to prepare for lawmaker meetings
Tuesday and Wednesday, February 7-8
* Meetings with lawmakers (One to three meetings for each district, about 15 minutes each. Some meetings may be scheduled for other days of the week.)
* 5pm Advocate Debrief Sessions with staff each day (This is an optional open room to share how your meetings went! We’d love to hear your report back!)
