They will publish the Accountability report on February 6, 2023. A preliminary draft of the Accountability Audit Report begins on page 4 of the attached packet. They asked us to notify Board members of its pending release, noting that it will become a public document and be available to the news media and other interested parties. An exit conference was held on January 30, 2023, to discuss the results of our audit. The attached items were discussed in detail with those in attendance, which included the Executive Director, Accountant and a Board member. We also took the opportunity to extend our appreciation to your staff for their cooperation and assistance during the course of the audit.
