The meeting began at 10:00 a.m. Board of Equalization members Daryl Gillette, Margaret Taylor and
Pete Raab were present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Vice -Chair Taylor moved to approve the meeting minutes of BOE
2022- 2023 Kickoff Meeting No. 2: December 14, 2022. Member Raab seconded the motion which
carried by a unanimous vote.
ASSESSOR'S CERTIFICATE OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS TO THE COUNTY BOARD OF
EQUALIZATION: Jeff Chapman, Jefferson County Assessor gave an overview of the Certification.
The Board exchanged questions in conversation regarding this with the Assessor.
DISCUSSION: General Board of Equalization topics were discussed to include, Review of Process
and Procedure, Review of Petition Log and Future Agenda Items
ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Gillette moved to adjourn the meeting at 11:53 a.m. Member Raab seconded the motion
which carried by a unanimous vote.
