All meetings, general sessions and workshops will be held at the Washington Hilton located at 1919 Connecticut Ave. N.W., Washington, DC 20009 from February 11 to February 14, 2023, unless otherwise noted. This notice serves as your confirmation of registration for the event; please review the details below for accuracy. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full by February 1 in order to obtain your badge and registration information. Washington, DC 20009 HOUSING Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Rates start at $255 and are quoted exclusive of applicable D.C. taxes (currently at 14.95%). Room block rates are good through January 9, 2023 and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. NACo will not cancel or modify attendees’ hotel reservations; all changes or cancellations to hotel reservations must be made directly by the registrant. Some items will also be available at the event for purchase in-person. CANCELLATION POLICY Registrations cancelled by January 6, 2023, will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. Cancellation requests made between January 7 and January 31, 2023, will receive a 50 percent refund. This applies to all registration types, including guest and spouse fees. Refunds will not be issued after January 31, 2023, including for unused registrations or no-shows. All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing nacomeetings@naco.org <mailto:nacomeetings@naco.org> . Telephone cancellations are not accepted. Please note hotel reservation edits and/or cancellations must be sent directly to naco@conferencedirect.com <mailto:naco@conferencedirect.com> on or before Friday, January 13, 2023. Please refer to the hotel’s cancellation policy to avoid cancellation or no-show fees and penalties. NACo is not responsible for hotel cancellation or no-show fees. NACo cannot cancel or modify hotel reservations on behalf of attendees. Reservations not cancelled within 72 hours of check in will result in a penalty of one night’s stay plus tax and fees. REGISTRATION TRANSFERS AND SUBSTITUTIONS To transfer a registration, please contact nacomeetings@naco.org <mailto:nacomeetings@naco.org>  and provide the name and email of the person whose registration you are transferring and the name and email address of the person to whom the registration should be reassigned. PAYMENT POLICY Payment is due at the time of registration. Exceptions can be made to allow for payment by check on a case-by-case basis. All fees must be paid in full prior to arrival in order to obtain your badge and registration materials at the conference. Right to use name and likeness: in consideration for my participation in NACo’s meeting, I hereby grant NACo the perpetual, world-wide, royalty-free right and permission to record, photograph, use and distribute (royalty-free, both now and in the future) my image, name, and voice in all forms and all media including, without limitation, photographs, electronic reproductions and transmission of images and audio files, web-casting, and any and all other uses on the internet for any and all NACo’s lawful purposes.
