Regarding Jefferson County Health’s Proposed Endorsement of Emelia De
Souza Secretary at Human Rights Alliance North Sound for a Human Rights
Commission. I Object to this Endorsement. These same parties violated my
Human Rights, Julie Jaman’s Human Rights, and other “Humans” who
spoke at a Press Conference downtown Port Townsend on August 15th
2022. They should not be part of any actions, commissions or committees
on Human Rights.

Human Rights Council, and the proposed Designation of Port Townsend as
Human Rights City giving more detail as to my objection.
