A 2.3 acre development envelope was identified for the site based on geologically hazardous areas mapping, prescriptive setbacks, and special report requirements per JCC 18.22.510(1)(b) and JCC 18.22.540(4). The green shaded area represents the prescriptive buildable area and the red shaded area represents the 200 foot threshold area for geological assessment
requirements. A geological assessment would be required in order to determine whether any portion of the red shaded area could be developed.
