The following information is needed to continue review of your project. Upon review by the County Assessor Office and County GIS staff, the following edits are requested to proceed: 1)According to the GIS staff "…in the “After Boundary Line Adjustment” legal description that does not match to what is on the survey. Within the 13th sentence, the distance on the legal description is 485.84’ as the survey shows 485.83’. On the 14th sentence, the bearing on the legal description is South 05°19’44” West as the survey shows South 05°19’46” West.” In the 13th sentence of the “New Parcel A” in “Exhibit 2” of the statement of intent please correct the distance measurement to match the survey distance measurement, and correct the bearing of the legal description in the sentence 14th to match the bearing of the legal description in the survey. 2)In addition to the 2 corrections identified by GIS staff, the Assessor’s Office identified that “Also within the 13th sentence, I [staff] believe it should be to the NE property corner, not the NW property corner”. In the 13th sentence of New Parcel A in Exhibit 2 of the statement of intent, please change the “NW” property corner to the “NE” property corner. Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development within 90 days of the date of this letter which would be 11/2/2022.
