No stranger to music, ShOOey spent over 20 combined years studying the cello and piano. ShOOey first discovered her love for house music in the Chicago club scene in 1997 but it wasn’t
until she moved to San Francisco in 2003, that she learned the art of DJ’ing and the beauty of moving and shaping a dance floor.
While ShOOey doesn’t like to be pigeonholed into a specific musical style, her high energy shines through her track selection and bass-heavy beats, with a sweet spot in electro house
and funky breaks. As a prominent member of the Space Cowboys music and art collective, based in San Francisco, she has been a part of more than a decade and a half of rocking dance
floors with a massive following on the playa and beyond. With influences spanning far & wide, ShOOey draws inspiration from the sounds of Santiago & Bushido, John Dahlback, and Layo
& Bushwacka, but the breakbeat aficionado in her can’t get enough of artists such as DJ Icey & Wes Smith.
And, did we mention she's a two-time Climate Rider?!

Meet the 90's Babiez! This tribute band is going to rock the 1990s. Expect fun energy and good vibes of an MTV live audience concert & band performance. The band is made up of industry
professionals that have been mentored and raised by Grammy winners and music legends. They have extensive music industry experience and are community leaders, honorees, and philanthropists
in their hometown of Ventura County.
ps. They put their music to good work with their anti-bully nonprofit, Motivate the Future, that 'leaves students with a positive message, cool incentives, and a lot of love + motivation
for our future!'

Playing at Green Fondo Virginia– April 29, 2023
Established in the Shenandoah Valley, Palmyra’s set explores the fusion of traditional folk string instruments, three-part harmonies, and foot percussion.
The trio captures the collective spirit of three Virginia natives, Teddy (he/him), Manoa (he/him), and Sasha (they/them), often described as a distant cousin of the progressive folk
band, Punch Brothers, mixed with elements of Oliver Wood or the Avett Brothers. Palmyra’s songs are intimate and contemplative, with arrangements that allow them to create the illusion
of a full, larger-than-three ensemble.
The trio's sound is a nod to Appalachia and Midwestern Americana, apparent through their stirring craftsmanship and dedication to a folk-driven, innovative experience throughout each
live performance.
