Relevant conditions for this project include "4) Prior to the commencement of any land disturbing activities and prior
to issuance of a building permit, a small parcel erosion and sediment control plan shall be developed to the
standards of the Jefferson County Stormwater Management Ordinance and be submitted to the Department of
Community Development for review and approval. Temporary erosion control best management practices shall be
approved by the Department of Community Development and implemented at all times during land disturbing
activities." "13) Truck Route and Work Hour Restrictions -- Construction within this plat is subject to truck route and
work hour restrictions. All construction activity shall be conducted between the hours of 7 AM to 6 PM Monday
through Friday and 8 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays unless Jefferson County shall approve other truck route and work

Permit Conditions:
APPROVAL: This APPROVAL is for an appurtenance to a single family residence only. Any future permits on this
site are subject to review for consistency with applicable codes and ordinances and does not preclude review and
conditions which may be placed on future permits.
SITE PLAN: The site plan as submitted with the deck building permit application on October 3, 2022 has been
reviewed for consistency under the UDC, and has been approved by Jefferson County Department of Community
Development. Any modifications, changes, and/or additions to the stamped, approved site plan dated November 2,
2022 shall be resubmitted for review and approval by Jefferson County Department of Community Development.
CRITICAL AREAS: Jefferson County Department of Community Development reviewed the application and the
county GIS mapping system for the presence of critical areas and concluded that the property DOES NOT contain
critical areas. However, future proposals will be subject to a new critical area review and conditions may be added if
critical areas are found on the property.
BMPS: BMPs shall address permanent measures to stabilize soil exposed during construction, and in the design
and operation of stormwater and drainage control systems.
SMALL STORMWATER: The applicant is proposing to create or add 955 square feet of impervious surface and 955
square feet of land disturbing activities. JCC 18.30.060 and 18.30.070 require your proposal comply with Minimum
Requirement #2 (Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention) of the Department of Ecology Stormwater
Management Manual for Western Washington to control stormwater, erosion and sediment during construction.
