Thank you, /Kate Ingram KPTZ General Manager Questions for Dr Alison Berry: 1. Did anyone check the coyote at the hospital for bird flu? Like eagles, they eat carrion. 2. I received my (Covid) bivalent booster on Sept. 9. Is it still protecting me? Also, I see many people wearing the lighter surgical masks. Do those protect us against Covid? Thank you enormously for the work you're doing for the public's health. 3. Are the flu test results JCPH shares with us done from the Covid PCR test samples? Or do patients need to get a specific flu test administered, to know their diagnosis? 4. What negative health consequences have been experienced by so-called "booster bandits" - like those who received the J&J vaccine but only waited a few months (not the recommended 8 months) before going out-of-state or out-of-country to get a booster? We are in a situation in which boosters are recommended annually even though protection against infection does not last a year after the latest booster. Which of the negative health consequences experienced by booster bandits of the past could serve as warnings against booster banditry in the future?
