STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Jury costs for Jefferson County Superior Court in January of 2023.
ANALYSIS:
Jefferson County Superior Court had one (1)jury trial in the month of January 2023. The costs cover the
mileage and $i5.00 per day for the reporting jurors.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The fiscal impact of the County is $1,355.33.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of County Commissioners approve payment of Superior Court Jury Fees.
