One additional note: You don’t want to revoke the exception to screening for a particular person due to potential unfairness of targeting a person as a retaliatory or discriminatory process. In addition, you don’t want the security personnel in the position of looking at someone’s card and then telling that one person that know they have to be screened. That could create a heightened level of tension at the screening entryway. But the exceptions to screening are permissive. You could create a "code red" which would revoke the exceptions and notify the security that all incoming persons are subject to screening. Just wondering if this would be the remedy. No one is singled out. Then there would be a process to lift the code red alert.
