RE: MLA05-00013 - SUB2018-00015
Jefferson County has forwarded the attached application to you for review and comment because your
agency is responsible for determining compliance with state and federal requirements or may
otherwise be affected by the following proposal:
Plat Alteration for Olympic Terrace Division II Phase II. The Applicant proposes to re-orient areas for
future development on the final Olympic Terrace II Phase I Long Plat due to critical area buffer
encroachment. A Plat Alteration is required alteration of dedicated Open Space Tract A per Subdivision
Ordinance #04-0526-92, Section 14 Alterations. No public hearing is required unless requested by any
person within 14 days of receiving this notice. An updated wetland delineation has been submitted as
part of the application.
This proposal is subject to environmental review and threshold determination under the State
Environmental Policy Act (SEPA).
Location:
Parcel 978802500 in Section 21, Township 28N,
Range 1E, OLYMPIC TERRACE DIV 2 PH 1 TRACT A (OPEN SPACE), located on the end of Mount
Constance Way, Port Ludlow, WA 98365
Comments must be received within fourteen (14) calendar days or by February 11, 2022. If no written
response has been received within fourteen (14) days, your agency will be presumed to have no
comments. If necessary, the UDC administrator may grant an extension of time for comment. Please
contact at (360)379-4450 if you desire an extension of time or have additional questions regarding
this proposal.
