Strong winds knock out service on multiple routes
We suspended service on two central Puget Sound routes Monday because of high winds. While we understand the importance of getting riders where they need to go, safety is our number
one priority and crews will cancel sailings if they deem it unsafe to sail. That was the case for much of the second half of the day on our Seattle/Bremerton run, where our terminal’s
proximity to the marina in Bremerton makes it difficult to dock. Our crews also had a hard time pulling into Edmonds terminal for a bit around sunset, shutting down the Kingston route
for about an hour.

Juan Islands runs, another batch of reservations will be released two weeks before each specific sailing. The remaining space on each sailing will be available two days before.

Our spring schedule vehicle reservations release was originally scheduled for Jan. 26 but pushed back due to an IT issue with those making bulk reservations.
