FOURTH QUARTER 2022 January 24, 2023 Minutes Hybrid Meeting, Virtual and In-Person Attendance
Present:
Stacie Prada, Treasurer Brenda Huntingford, Auditor Greg Brotherton, Chair of Board of County Commissioners Mark McCauley, County Administrator
Judy Shepherd, Finance Manager
Meeting was called to order at 8:31 by Chair Stacie Prada Public Comment Period – No public comment
Motion for approval of Agenda by Greg, 2nd by Brenda, motion carries. Motion to approve the October 25, 2022, Finance Committee Meeting Minutes by Brenda, 2nd by Greg, motion carries.
Old Business and Information Reports 4th Quarter Finance Reports reported by Stacie – see reports in Laserfiche WA State Treasurer Separately Managed Portfolios discussion.
New Business Public Notice of Meetings PDC Annual Reports; Port, PUD, County to be signed by 2022 Committee Members Motion to Reauthorize Financial Policies: Debt, Investment, and Revenue/Cash Handling by Greg, 2nd by Brenda, motion carries.
County Line of Credit along with Registered Warrants were discussed.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:24am Notice of Adjournment prepared by Jefferson County Treasurer
