I consulted a realtor who felt I was valued too high, however I only recently discovered that my valuation is HIGHER than larger houses with expansive views. While I adore my neighbors and am certain that should I sell a new owner would come to adore them as well, being able to see them out every window does not fetch the premium that expansive views of water and mountains affords other properties in my community; yet many are valued lower than mine. It makes no sense. In the interest of fairness, I request that an exception be made and a review of my valuation be conducted. I would like to know why my valuation is higher than properties which hold more value on the marketplace, and why we experienced a more significant increase than others had. I believe an error has been made, and request you correct it. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Nancy Charpentier and Bonnie Rosalind 41 Dennis Blvd, Port Townsend 98368
