Subject: Forest protection
To DNR and Jefferson County Commissioners,
My wife and I would like to register our very strong support for the protection of all 826 acres of state forest land that remain in the timber program, but are within the current boundaries
of the Dabob Bay Natural Area. We are landowners and residents within the DBNA boundaries, and we urge you to preserve these acres in order to protect the water quality and aquatic
habitat, and the wildlife habitats of such rare and dwindling forests.
