RESOLUTION NO. 49-06
WHEREAS, it is the desire ofthe County Commissioners of Jefferson County to
dispose of surplus properties, and
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has indicated a need to dispose of properties located
in Jefferson County that are described as follows, which have been declared surplus, for
sale at a public auction to be held on September 22, 2006.
Parcel Number 985-204-701 being described as:
Lots 1,2,6, 7 & 8 (Less Right Of Way) Block 47, Pettygrove's Second Addition
to the City of Port Townsend, as per plat recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, page 17,
records of Jefferson County, Washington. Situate in the County of Jefferson,
State of Washington.
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 26.34.020 requires that this intention should be published
with a Notice of Public Hearing regarding the disposal of any County Property,
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Commissioners of Jefferson
County that a Notice of Hearing shall be published as required by RCW 36.34.020
particularly describing the properties proposed to be sold and designating the place
where, the day and hour, when the hearing will be held for such consideration.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE INTENTION OF JEFFERSON COUNTY
TO SELL SURPLUS COUNTY PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners
will hold a public hearing on the 28th day of August 2005 at 10: 15 a.m. in the County
Commissioner's Chambers, Jefferson County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson Street, Port
Townsend, Washington, for the purpose of declaring their intention to dispose of surplus
county property partially described as;
Parcel Number 985 204 701 being described as:
Lots 1, 2, 6, 7 & 8 (less Right Of Way) Block 47 Pettygrove's Second Addition to the City of
Port Townsend, as per plat Recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, Page 17, Records of Jefferson
County, Washington. Situated in the County Of Jefferson, State of Washington
Your views for or against the sale of this surplus real property are invited by
attendance, representation, or letter.
