Do not open attachments or click on links if you are not expecting them. ________________________________ To the decision makers at DNR As a private land owner for over 20 years of property within the Dabob Bay Natural area, I am writing to voice my strong support of DNR's proposed protection of all 826 acres of state forestlands within the Dabob Bay Natural Area boundaries. In addition to preserving the unique habitat of the area, removing of these lands from the timber program will protect healthy water quality, shellfish and wildlife resources that are in serious decline elsewhere in the region. The proposed replacement timber exchange, along with grant funding from the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office, will provide equivalent financial compensation to the Common School Trust Fund and maintain ownership of all parcels under the State of Washington. So what’s not to like??? Please don’t delay taking action any further. As soon as possible I strongly urge you to permanently preserve and protect these precious and irreplaceable lands! Sincerely, Sarah Potter 1410 Toandos Rd. Quilcene, WA 98376
