RE: SITE ADDRESS: 33 WATNEY LN CASE #: SDR2022-00001; ZON2022-00046 Dear CONSTANCE & THEODORE ROSS:
The Department of Community Development is in the process of reviewing your application. The
following information is needed to continue review of your project. Upon initial review of your application for site development review, review of the geotechnical report, wetland mapping, lidar imagery and review of soils information has indicated the presence or previous presence (prior to clearing and installation of curtain drains) that a wetland is present onsite. The Geotech report also indicates that a stream is present onsite. Please have a wetland delineation and stream investigation report prepared by a qualified wetland biologist to determine any required setbacks to the above mentions critical areas, and any potential requirement for mitigation of clearing within the potential buffers. Additionally, please see the attached notice-to-title for the geotechnical report, please have this
notarized, return the original to our office for review, with a check made to the Jefferson County Auditor in the amount of $206.50.
Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development within 90 days of the date of this letter which would be 1/15/2023. Please call 360-379-4454 to speak with the
