About Midori Farm
Midori Farm was started by Hanako Myers and Marko Colby in 2008 on a 5 acre parcel of rented land. In 2013 we purchased 29 acres of sandy loam fields and forested land in the Quilcene
Valley. Each year with the help of many hands we have been working to transform a neglected pasture into a thriving diverse farm. In 2017 we took on management of another 14 acres
of pasture land and are working to bring it into production growing both soil building cover crops and vegetables.

Midori Farm is a 29 acre organic farm located in Quilcene, Washington on the north Olympic peninsula. We grow high quality organic vegetables, garden seedlings, seeds and craft our own
traditionally fermented sauerkraut and kimchi from farm grown produce.
Our produce and products are available at select locations in Western Washington, Jefferson County Farmers Markets and at our on farm farm stand.
The farm is nestled in the Quilcene valley which was created by the Little and Big Quilcene rivers flowing from the Olympic Mountains into pristine Quilcene Bay. This confluence has
created a deep and fertile sandy clay loam soil ideal for raising crops.
