We need 3 more sign-ups for our Yoga & Wellness Class tomorrow! Don't miss out on this fantastic workshop led by Michelle Pugh from Joonbug Yoga. March 21st 6pm-7:30pm The Salmon Center $15 A portion of your class registration supports HCSEG's environmental programs! Spring Equinox is just around the corner and we are gearing up for the transition from Winter to Spring with our Wellness Workshop offered by Joonbug Yoga at the Salmon Center! Grab your yoga mat, water bottle, towel or blanket and plan for a rejuvenating and detoxifying workshop designed to support our physical and mental well-being. Welcome Spring with a flow yoga class that encourages listening to the body, moving at a comfortable pace that suits your needs and taking time for deep rest. Michelle will provide modifications for those new to yoga. All are welcome! We will follow the 60 minute yoga class with a guided Yoga nidra meditation and offer healing herbal teas that support the liver and kidneys.
