process for the state Early Learning Facilities grant program.
The Early Learning Facilities program provides funding to early learning and child care providers to expand facilities or purchase new facilities, creating more Early Childhood Education
and Assistance Program (ECEAP) and Working Connections Child Care (WCCC) slots.
