update, which were not on the agenda. Tentatively moving to the first Monday of each month for the health update, but that's not in stone yet.

talk of it. Also, Monte will be joining at 2pm to discuss bid openings. Looks like he doesn't want to open bid openings during BOCC meetings, and change the bid due dates.
