Hi All,
I am writing on behalf of Olympic Neighbors. We have been working with Rita Hubbard to rent the fairgrounds for our annual fundraiser. In light of what has been in the paper, I want
to make sure that the space will be available for the day and price we discussed. If not, we need to know as soon as possible so we can brainstorm other events and spaces. We had a
verbal agreement to rent outdoor space, stalls and the restroom on September 3rd for $575 for our Porch Fest fundraiser. Please advise on how to proceed.
