Workshop 2: Nutrition & Home Gardening for Beginners Thursday, March 30th 5:30pm – 7pm The HUB, 111 NE Old Belfair Hwy Free! In this hands-on nutrition workshop, families will learn strategies for starting a garden in the face of limited time and space, as well as the nutritional benefits of homegrown produce and sustainability of local food. Working together, parents and kids will explore a worm bin composting system and plant herb seeds that they will get to continue caring for at home! We encourage families to please sign up in advance, however walk-ins are welcome.
