Cities, counties and large agencies are planning - or already running teams to expand service, meet clinical need, and jumpstart engagement with people who are in crisis, who are homelessness, or who are estranged from treatment services. Day One will look at policies which shape outreach, and in Day Two will showcase how six cities are operating in the field.
