Good afternoon, Board members – attached please find the PRTPO Executive Board agenda packet for the April 21st meeting.
This will be a PRTPO webinar. You should have just received an email from Zoom prior to this message, with “PRTPO Executive Board Meeting” in the subject line. That email from Zoom has
your personal meeting link that can be copied to your calendar. Also know that you will get a reminder email at 9:00 am on Friday morning with your login link, in case you misplace
the first one. If you have any questions, please reach out and I will try to help you.
What I cannot do is attach your agenda packet to that Zoom webinar invite. That is why I’m sending it to you via this email. It can also be downloaded from the Meetings tab <https://www.prtpo.org/mee
tings> of the PRPTO website. If you lose your personal login you can always use the public access login at the bottom of the agenda and I will manually move you over to the Board table
when you get into the meeting.
