CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Daryl Gillette called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. in the presence of
Vice-Chairman Margaret Taylor and Member Pete Raab.
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Chair Gillette called for public comments. None received.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Chairman Daryl Gillette moved to approve the regular meeting
minutes for March 14, 2023. Member Raab seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
