My wife and I met you at your office early in the spring and got the forms to fill out for a septic system. That very day I had lir. Mayberry meet us on our Lof #25, Sentinel.Firs. The only way we could. 'meet your specifications on our lot which is about 150 feet by 150 feet square was to put the well in front and the septic system behind. Mr» Mayberry said he felt the neighbor to the East (downhill.) would naturally drill his on the front also whenever he decided to drill. Earl Green. (E.A._Green & Co.) who is listed In your county sheet as a licensed sewage disposal system Installer is doing our work,; He also met us on the lot and agreed those plans were the best for that lot. We planned on some turn wounds so our friends with self contained. RV=s could visit us. fir. Green proceeded to clear and level it w ith those plans in mind pending your final approval. Since I grew up on a farm with a septic tank I want a 1000 gallon tank with plenty of drain field.. Inclosed are copies of two documents to further substantiate - the dates 1. Mr. Mayberry'a show the date of the well as being drilled before Feb. 4, 1975 and (2.) Mr. Green --the date the system was to be complete. -.no later than May 30, 1975 • After picking up the forms from you, IC immed iately filled them out, drew the map etc. and signed them and gages them to Hr* Green who I understood .aid he would pay the permit fee in his over- all price. Apparently T misunderstood him as when we were there this past week, hes said I'd have to pay. (I didn't know this till Sate) That is fine with mea. In all fairness to Earl Green I phoned him to put in only the solid sewer line from the proposed septic - tank location to a. riser under where the trailer would be according to the marked stakes --which he did and I asked him to hold back putting in the tank and drain field as I felt it would be ruined when the pulling vehicles put in the 12x60 foot mobile home.
