The House originating companion bills for each of these bills died, but these Senate versions are still moving forward. Future legislative updates will include descriptions both of these bills as they are actively moving through committees. I apologize for the misinformation. 3:10 Guiding Good Choices Discussion - Our current action plan requires us to deliver two cohorts of Guiding Good choices during each school year. Despite advertising and recruitment efforts during the fall of 2022 and January/Feb of 2023, no residents signed up for this parenting course. In an effort to enhance community knowledge about Guiding Good Choices, we can deliver ‘mini’ sessions during the last half hour of each coalition meeting between April and August 2023. This will satisfy grant requirement as well as provide coalition education on the foundations of Guiding Good Choices and the social development strategy upon which it is built.
