This is a competitive round so if you are interested in putting your state B&O tax dollars to work be sure to make your pledge. The Port Townsend Main Street Program is pleased to offer the opportunity to put your state B&O tax dollars to work here in Port Townsend through the work of our program. 75% of your donation is returned to you via B&O tax credits in 2024. The Olympic Music Festival will be featuring classical music’s most sought-after artists for five weeks of electrifying performances on the Fort Worden campus in Port Townsend, Washington. Performers include superstar violinist Ray Chen; principal players of the Seattle Symphony, Royal Stockholm Philharmonic, and St. Paul Chamber Orchestra; and other prominent musicians from around the globe. The 2023 season takes place over four weekends from August to early September with eight individual performances.
