Dear Commissioners:
I would like to express, in person, my frustration with permitting at DCD.
If the IGC meeting is not an appropriate venue, I will attend your regular June 5 meeting.
This permit is for my client Shawn Behrenfeld.
He wants to install underground power and improve an existing private road on Commercial Forest land off Oak Bay Road.
The application was submitted October 11, 2022.
Eight months later it is still not completed.
