Public Comment Periods – these comment periods are for listening to comments specific to that Agenda item. The
Chair may add additional Public Comment Periods throughout the meeting.

1. HEARING NOTICE re: Proposed Ordinance Relating to County Fee Policy and Requirements;
and the Department of Public Works, Parks and Recreation Division Fee Schedules; and
Amending Title 3 JCC, Title 12 JCC, and Appendix Fee Schedule; Hearing Scheduled for
Monday, June 12, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners’ Chambers at the Jefferson County
Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson Street, Port Townsend, Washington (HYBRID)
2. AGREEMENT, Amendment No. 1 re: Provide and Enable JeffCOM SFY23 Wireline and
Wireless Basic Operation for E911; Additional Amount of $21,690 for a Total of $141,497;
JeffCOM911; Washington State Military Office
3. AGREEMENT re: Participation in Washington’s Medicaid Health Options Provider Services to
Individuals Enrolled in Benefits Plans; No Dollar Amount, Fees for Services Only; Public
Health; Community Health Plans of Washington
4. AGREEMENT, Amendment No. 12 re: 2022-2024 Consolidated Contracts; Additional
Amount of $21,218 for a Total of $4,372,194; Public Health; Washington State Department of
Health (DOH)
5. AGREEMENT, Amendment No. 5 re: Provide Scholarships and Assist with General Funding
for the Community Summit Conference; Additional Amount of $2,128.87 for a Total of
$29,450.12; Public Health; WISE
6. Payment of Jefferson County Payroll Warrants Dated May 19, 2023 Totaling $90,606.95
(Records of all claims submitted for payment along with A/P Warrants approved by the Payroll Services Manager
are retained in the Jefferson County Auditor’s Office.)
7. Payment of Jefferson County Vouchers/Warrants Dated May 15, 2023 Totaling $663,339.20
(Records of all claims submitted for payment along with vouchers approved by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners are retained by the Jefferson County Auditor and Public Works Department.)
