MINUTES
Special Meeting
January 29, 2007
Chairman Phil Johnson called the Special Meeting to order in the presence of Commissioners
David Sullivan and John Austin.
AGREEMENT re: Consent to Assignment of Land Sales Contract; James and Noreen
McCarron (Loan No. 5037220-201): County Administrator John Fischbach explained that the McCarrons
need approval from the Board to assign their loan contract to a different bank.
Commissioner Sullivan moved to approve the change and have the Chair sign the agreement.
Commissioner Austin seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT: Commissioner Sullivan moved to adjourn the Special
Meeting at 10:01 a.m. Commissioner Austin seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. The
